| The Earnings Per Share (“EPS”) for the 12 months ended 31 December 2011 should read 16.17 sen instead of 26.81 sen as announced in 15 February 2012. Previously the EPS was computed using the average weighted number of shares in issue under the acquisition method. The amended 16.17 sen is based on the polling of interest method of consolidation wherein ordinary shares arising from the acquisition of a subsidiary is assumed to be issued throughout the financial year ended 31 December 2011. The net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent ($$) as at end of current quarter should read as RM0.303 instead of RM30.3000. |
