Remarks : 
The Directors recommend a final single tier dividend of 0.75 sen per share totalling RM3,310,296 in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023, which is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This proposed dividend has not been included in the financial statements.
