Amendments were made to the following. Save for these changes, all other information in the Financial Results announcement released on 27 August 2020 remain unchanged. The overall revenue and loss figures are unaffected and remain as announced earlier.

A. Unaudited condensed consolidated statement of profit and loss and comprehensive income have been adjusted for minimal changes to the figures due to the rounding up to the nearest (RM000) and to tally back to the sub-total balances, as follows:-
i) Gross profit for the current cumulative quarter;
ii) Operating profit for the current individual quarter;
iii) Finance cost for the current and preceding individual quarter; and
iv) Taxation for the current cumulative quarter.

B. Unaudited condensed consolidated statement of financial position as at 30/6/2020 has been adjusted for changes mainly due to the elimination of the inter-company transactions and balances, as follows:-
i) Property, plant and equipment should be read as 20,723 instead of 20,527;
ii) Investment properties should be read as 94,124 instead of 87,909;
iii) Trade receivables should be read as 7,981 instead of 7,989;
iv) Other receivables, deposits and prepayments should be read as 7,589 instead of 8,160;
v) Amount due from subsidiaries and amount due from an associate should be read as nil balances and its presentation has been removed from the statement;
vi) Other payables, accruals and deposits should be read as 29,608 instead of 29,476; and
vii) Amount due to subsidiaries should be read as nil balances and its presentation has been removed from the statement.

C. Unaudited condensed consolidated statement of cash flow has been adjusted for the cumulative current quarter as follows:-
i) Gain on disposal of a subsidiary should be read as (2,635);
ii) Operating cash flows before working capital changes sub-total should be read as 4,990 instead of 7,625;
iii) Changes in working capital for Receivables should be read as 2,654 instead of 2,263;
iv) Changes in working capital for Inventories should be read as (4,446) instead of (4,639);
v) Changes in working capital for Payables should be read as (822) instead of (1,139);
vi) Interest paid should be read as (13) instead of (14);
vii) Net operating cash flows total should be read as 4,307 instead of 6,041;
viii) Purchase of property, plant and equipment should be read as (228) instead of (32); and
ix) Net investing cash flows total should be read as (1,319) instead of (1,123).

D. Part B Explanatory Note 1 Review of Performance has been adjusted as follows: the profit/(loss) before interest and tax for the cumulative year to date should be read as 5634 instead of 5615.
