Remarks : |
1. The basic earnings per ordinary share have been calculated based on the profit attributable to the owners of the Company and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the period net of shares bought back by the Company. 2. The diluted earnings per ordinary share for the financial quarter and financial period are calculated by dividing the profit attributable to owners of the Company for the financial quarter and financial period to the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the financial quarter and financial period adjusted for the assumed conversion of dilutive Warrants into ordinary shares at the beginning of the financial period. 3. The net assets per ordinary share attributable to owners of the Company is computed based on Total Shareholders' Funds (excluding non-controlling interests) divided by the total number of ordinary shares in issue, net of shares bought back. |
