Remarks : 
The Board of Directors proposed to declare a final single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 amounting to RM11,960,551, which is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 21st Annual General Meeting to be held on a date to be announced later.
