| Remarks : |
The Board of Directors declared a single tier interim dividend of 58.00 sen per ordinary share and a single tier interim dividend of 69.60 sen per ICPS for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 which were paid on 18 February 2021 to the entitled shareholders and ICPS holders of the Company respectively whose names appeared on the Register of Members and/or Record of Depositors on 26 January 2021. The Board of Directors does not recommend any payment of final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2020. |
