| The Board of Directors has recommended a final single tier tax exempt dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share (2010: final single tier tax exempt dividend of 4.0 sen per ordinary share and interim single tier tax exempt dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share) and a special single tier tax exempt dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011 which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of SCC Holdings Bhd at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
