| On behalf of the Board of Directors of ViTrox, we wish to clarify that the results for the corresponding preceding fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005 included an exceptional item, being the one-time charge of negative goodwill of RM4.9 million, arising from the formation of ViTrox group on June 15, 2005. |
