There are no comparative figures as this is the fourth quarterly report announced by YGL Convergence Berhad after its listing on the Mesdaq Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in July 2005. 2. YGL Convergence Berhad completed the acquisition of YGL Consulting Sdn Bhd ("YGCL") and YGL Multimedia Resources Sdn Bhd ("YGLR") on 1 May 2005. A such, the profit generated by the aforesaid subsidiaries for the five months period ended 31 May 2005 are pre-acquisition profit amounting to RM982,156. |
