The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents"), will only be despatched to shareholders of Anzo whose names appear in Anzo's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 25 May 2017 at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar, ShareWorks Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 25 May 2017.
The Documents are not intended to (and will not be made to) comply with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia, are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants complies with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia.
Entitled Shareholders who are without an address for the service of documents in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers and the Share Registrar, ShareWorks Sdn Bhd, to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 25 May 2017.
Holders of outstanding warrants 2009/2019 ("Warrants A") ("Warrant A Holders") and warrants 2013/2023 ("Warrants B") ("Warrant B Holders") who wish to be entitled to the Rights Shares with Warrants C should exercise their rights to subscribe for new Anzo Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with the Share Registrar, ShareWorks Sdn Bhd, on or before 5.00 p.m. on 16 May 2017. This is to enable the new Anzo Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective Warrant A Holders and Warrant B Holders such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors of Anzo by 5.00 p.m. on 25 May 2017.
