The actual number of Split Shares to be issued under the Share Split will be determined based on the number of CGB Shares in issue as at the Share Split Entitlement Date.
Fractional entitlements arising from the Share Split, if any, shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of the Company in its absolute discretion deems fit and expedient and in the best interest of the Company.
The Split Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 11 March 2024, being the next market day following the Share Split Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment for the Split Shares will be despatched to the entitled shareholders not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Split Shares on Bursa Securities.
