Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares was obtained on 13 January 2023. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 23 March 2023. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 April 2023, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
The Share Registrar of Signature will issue and despatch the notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of Signature within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
