On 23 February 2023, the Board of Directors of Duopharma Biotech Berhad ("Duopharma Biotech" or the "Company") ("Board") declared a second interim dividend of 1.8 sen per ordinary share in Duopharma Biotech ("Duopharma Biotech Share") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 and resolved that the dividend reinvestment plan, which was approved at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 31 May 2018 ("DRP"), would apply to the said second interim dividend.
Following the above, on behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank Berhad had on 27 March 2023, announced that the issue price of the new Duopharma Biotech Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP has been fixed at RM1.35 per new Duopharma Biotech Share.
