The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of Top Glove (“Entitled Shareholders”) and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Top Glove prior to the listing of and quotation for the Warrants.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) within 2 market days after submission of the application for the quotation of the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
Correspondingly, the Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") subsequent to the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
