The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 26 February 2025, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
The Share Registrar of SCB will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of SCB within 4 market days after the listing date of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action.
