Remarks :

An underwriting agreement in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants has been entered into on 29 May 2002.

The Rights Issue with Warrants is on the basis of one(1) Rights Share together with one(1) Rights Warrant attached thereto for every one(1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each held. The 42,120,000 Rights Warrants to be issued together with the 42,120,000 Rights Shares will be detached and traded separately from the Rights Shares upon issuance.

An Abridged Prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be despatched to the entitled shareholders of Fiamma Holdings Berhad not later than five(5) market days after the Entitlement Date.
