The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular dated 15 May 2017 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants. The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notices of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Forms (collectively, "Documents"), will only be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Company's Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Foreign addressed Entitled Shareholders or renouncee(s) (if applicable) who have not provided to the Company with a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia, may collect the Documents from our Share Registrar, who is entitled to request such evidence as they deem necessary to satisfy themselves as to the identity and authority of the person collecting the Documents. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed and the Rights Issue with Warrants will not be made or offered or deemed to be made or offered for purchase or subscription, in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia or to persons who are or may be subject to the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia. The Rights Issue with Warrants to which this Abridged Prospectus relates is only available to persons receiving the Documents electronically or otherwise within Malaysia. The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders not later than two (2) market days from the Entitlement Date. Please be informed that the entitlement date in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants has been revised from 15 May 2018 to 16 May 2018 pursuant to the declaration of 10 May 2018 and 11 May 2018 as public holidays.
