The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 15 June 2023, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of IGB whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of IGB on the Entitlement Date within 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action.
