We refer to the announcement dated 4 October 2023 in relation to the proposed payment of a final single-tier dividend of 0.50 sen per existing ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2023, subject to the shareholders approval at the forthcoming 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company ("13th AGM").
Subsequently, the shareholders of the Company had at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 5 October 2023 approved the share consolidation exercise. Accordingly, the proposed final single-tier dividend amount per ordinary share has been adjusted to 1.25 sen upon the completion of the share consolidation exercise following the listing and quotation of 804,967,428 consolidated shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 20 October 2023.
The payment of the aforesaid final single-tier dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 13th AGM of the Company.
