On 30 July 2025, the Board of Directors of Pantech Group Holdings Berhad ("Pantech Group") ("Board") declared a special interim single-tier dividend of 2.00 sen per ordinary share in Pantech Group ("Pantech Group Share(s)") in respect of the financial year ending 28 February 2026 ("Special Interim Dividend").
The Board had also resolved that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") will apply to 50 per centum (50%) of the Special Interim Dividend.
The issue price for the new Pantech Group Share to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP in respect of the Special Interim Dividend has been fixed at RM0.6442 per Pantech Group Share.
