35,000,000 IPO Shares will be made available for application by the Entitled Shareholders of Pantech under the Restricted Offering as follows:

(a)	each Entitled Shareholder of Pantech will be entitled for IPO Shares on the basis of 1 IPO Share for every 25 existing Pantech shares held on the entitlement date; 

(b)	excess of Restricted Offering shares will be made available to the Entitled Shareholders of Pantech under the Excess Applications. Each Entitled Shareholder of Pantech is eligible to apply for the excess shares; and

(c)	any such balance of IPO Shares after the allocation under item (a) above shall be allocated to the Entitled Shareholders of Pantech who have made Excess Applications. It is the intention of the Board to allocate the excess shares, if any, in the following priority:

        (i)	firstly, to minimise the incidence of odd lots; and

        (ii)	secondly, for allocation to applicants who applied for the excess shares, on pro rata basis according to the Entitled Pantech Shareholders’ respective shareholdings in Pantech as at the Entitlement Date which is to be rounded down to the nearest IPO Shares.

The application period and the last date of acceptance and payment, as well as the listing date set out above are tentative only and may be subject to change. An announcement on the timetable for the Listing Exercise will be made in due course. Further, the offer price for the Restricted Offering is also illustrative at this juncture. The final offer price for the Restricted Offering will be set out in the Prospectus to be issued in due course.

In addition, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd has been appointed to manage the applications of IPO Shares by the Entitled Shareholders of Pantech under the Restricted Offering. Acceptance of and payment for the Restricted Offering could also be made by way of electronic subscription via Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd's Boardroom Smart Investor Portal at https://investor.boardroomlimited.com.
