On 19 November 2025, Capital A announced that shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 ("Entitlement Date") shall be entitled to the Distribution Shares ("Entitled Shareholders"). (Please refer to the announcement reference number: ENT-17112025-00012).
The exercise price of the outstanding Warrants will be adjusted pursuant to the Distribution in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll dated 18 November 2021 ("Deed Poll") ("Adjustment"). The adjusted exercise price of the outstanding Warrants after the Adjustment will be announced and the notice setting out the Adjustment will be despatched to the Warrants holders in due course. The effective date of the Adjustment is on Thursday, 4 December 2025, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. |
