The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 88,289,225 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every five (5) existing YNH Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders. The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued will depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of YNH (excluding treasury shares) on the Entitlement Date. The listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall take place on 6 September 2016, being one (1) market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. Notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders by the Share Registrar of YNH not later than four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 19 August 2016. |
