In accordance with Article 5A of the Articles of Association of the Company in respect of the rights of the Irredeemable Convertible Preference Share ("ICPS") holders, no dividend shall be payable to the holders of ICPS if no dividend is declared for the ordinary shareholders for the same financial year/period. Hence, this proposed dividend for ICPS is subject to the ordinary shareholders' approval being obtained for the payment of a first and final dividend of 6.50 sen per ordinary share at the Company's 42nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 25 May 2016. |
