On 30 October 2025, the Board of Directors of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad had proposed a single-tier special dividend of 7 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Based on the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of 10,767,733,282 as at 30 September 2025, the proposed special dividend is amounting to approximately RM754 million. Upon the full exercise of vested Employees Share Option Scheme of up to 92,082,920 new ordinary shares under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, the proposed single-tier special dividend of 7 sen per ordinary share will amount up to approximately RM760 million. |
