On 31 July 2025, the Board of Directors of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad had proposed a single tier first interim dividend of 19.75 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Based on the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of 10,753,153,282 as at 30 June 2025, the proposed first interim dividend is amounting to approximately RM2,124 million. Upon the full exercise of vested Employees Share Option Scheme of up to 106,662,920 new ordinary shares under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, the proposed single tier first interim dividend of 19.75 sen per ordinary share will amount up to approximately RM2,145 million. |
