On 27 January 2025, the Board of Directors of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad had proposed a single-tier second interim dividend of 20.00 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024. Based on the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of 10,728,901,688 as at 31 December 2024, the proposed second interim dividend is amounting to approximately RM2,146 million. Upon the full exercise of vested Employees Share Option Scheme of up to 34,816,771 new ordinary shares under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, the proposed single-tier second interim dividend of 20.00 sen per ordinary share will amount up to approximately RM2,153 million. |
