Kindly be advised that the abovementioned ratio for the Restricted Offer For Sale of one (1) AIGB Share for every five (5) existing Shares held in AHB as at 5.00 p.m. on 24 March 2005 ("Book Closure Date") is on an INDICATIVE basis and is strictly for illustration purposes.
