The Board of the HPP Holdings Berhad is pleased to declare the first interim single tier dividend of 0.50 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 May 2024, which is lower than the first interim single tier dividend of 0.75 sen per ordinary share declared for the financial year ended 31 May 2023. The dividend declared is in line with lower profit achieved for the cumulative quarter ended 30 November 2023 as a result of a decline in revenue as compared with the preceding year corresponding period. |
