The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 20 April 2023, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date on 19 April 2023.
The notices of allotment will be issued and dispatched to all entitled shareholders of Focus Point not later than 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
