The Board of Directors of Zetrix AI Berhad (formerly known as MY E.G. Services Berhad) ("Zetrix" or "Company") ("Board") has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 2.49 sen per ordinary share in Zetrix ("Zetrix Share") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024 ("FY2024 Final Dividend").
On 23 June 2025, the shareholders of Zetrix had at the Company's Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting approved the FY2024 Final Dividend and authorised the Board to allot and issue such number of new Zetrix Shares from time to time as may be required to be allotted and issued pursuant to the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP").
The Board had on the same day determined that the DRP will apply to the FY2024 Final Dividend, in which the entire portion of the FY2024 Final Dividend can be elected to be reinvested into new Zetrix Shares ("DRP Share Issuance").
On 12 August 2025, the Board had announced that the issue price of the new Zetrix Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP Share Issuance for the FY2024 Final Dividend had been fixed at RM0.83 per Zetrix Share. |
