The Share Consolidation entails the consolidation of every eight (8) existing ordinary shares in XingHe (XingHe Share/s) into one (1) new ordinary XingHe Share (Consolidated Share/s) at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. The actual number of Consolidated Shares to be issued would depend on the total number of issued shares of XingHe on the Entitlement Date.
The date of listing of and quotation for the Consolidated Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on 8 August 2019 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
The Consolidated Shares will be credited into the entitled shareholders Central Depository System accounts and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholder at the address set out in the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the Listing Date.
