The payment of the final single-tier dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 19th Annual General Meeting to be held on 17 April 2023. Please note that the entitlement date for the final dividend has been changed from 21 April 2023 to 26 April 2023. This amendment is made to cater for a longer entitlement period due to the upcoming Hari Raya festivity. Other than the above, the information in this announcement remains unchanged as per our earlier announcement ENT-24022023-00003 dated 28 February 2023. |
