The final number of Warrants 2017/2020 to be issued pursuant to the Free Warrants Issue would depend on the number of issued JAG Shares on 14 November 2017. The Bonus Shares are not entitled to the Warrants 2017/2020. The Warrants 2017/2020 will be quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities within 2 market days after an application for the quotation of Warrants 2017/2020 is submitted to Bursa Securities. The Warrants 2017/2020 will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the listing of and quotation for the Warrants 2017/2020. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 31 October 2017. |
