While some brands in France consider expanding into England, American wine enthusiasts Mike Juergens and Ann Cross have found their way to a whole different continent, setting up the Bhutan Wine Company in the namesake Himalayan nation. 

Aspiring to capture the essence of this underrated country in their bottles, the pair are not only innovating the international wine scene but challenging notions of how and where to make vino.
