PETALING JAYA: Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from WCT Holdings Bhd in respect of main building works for a two-phase residential development project in Johor Baru, Johor, worth RM252.26mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Fajarbaru said the project comprises two blocks of serviced apartments spread across eight towers, totalling 2,048 residential units and 69 commercial units.
“The contract will commence on May 6, 2024 and is scheduled to be completed on May 5, 2027,” it said.
Fajarbaru said Phase 2 of the same project is subject to confirmation of award by WCT, adding that it expects a decision within the next 12 months.
