Crest Builder获4.86亿公寓建筑合约
（吉隆坡23日讯）Crest Builder Holdings Bhd获得位于满家乐的公寓项目，价值4亿8600万令吉。
该公司向大马交易所报备，Kiaramas Development私人有限公司授予的合约，涉及在Jalan Desa Kiara建设3栋设有停车场裙楼的公寓，合约期为42个月，从5月2日起生效。
上个月，该公司获得由Sunway Velocity Three私人有限公司颁发的Sunway Velocity 3商业发展项目，合约价值4亿4850万令吉。
该股今日跌1.5仙或3.16%，报46仙，市值为8054万令吉。今年来，该股跌幅为8%。
