PETALING JAYA: Eduspec Holdings Bhd
has appointed Datuk Kang Pang Kiang, who recently emerged as its substantial shareholder, as its executive deputy chairman.
On April 8, Kang acquired 24 million shares in Eduspec, increasing his direct ownership to 5.1%.
Including his indirect stake of about 7.01%, Kang now holds a total of 142.26 million shares or 12.11% stake in the company.
