KUALA LUMPUR: TIME dotCom Bhd's chief financial officer 49-year old Shahnaz Farouque Jammal Ahmad has resigned  to pursue other career opportunities.

He joined TIME dotCom in 2021.

TIME dotCom's deputy chief financial officer Karen Ding Ming Nyuk will be appointed acting CFO on May 15, 2024, with his departure.

She has been TIME doctCom deputy CFO since July 1, 2023. 

In a fiing with Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, TIME dotCom said Ding's appointment  is to ensure continuity of the office and accordingly a smooth transition thereof.
