’s wholly owned subsidiary, Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd has launched the show unit for Iconic Harmony, an upcoming mixed development in Alma, Bukit Mertajam with a gross development value (GDV) of RM255mil.
In a statement, Iconic said the Iconic Harmony consists of 751 freehold affordable homes in a modern, 36-storey building, as well as 16 units of double-storey shop lots.
It said each residential unit has a built-up area of 900 sq. ft and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also features more than 30 facilities including infinity pools, a children's water playground, a half-court basketball court, a jacuzzi and lush green spaces.
