（吉隆坡25日讯）MAYU环球（MAYU,7099,主板工业产品服务组）提议以4371万9856令吉在槟城威省买地，以拓展房产业务。

该公司今日向大马交易所报备，持股80％的子公司Sunrise Manner私人有限公司与卖家陈柏吉（译音）签订买卖协议。

根据文告，该块永久地契的地皮面积约23.8969英亩。买地是为了拓展房产业务和增加土地库，买地资金将以现金加上贷款方式支付。
