（新加坡16日讯）在新加坡将外国人购买房屋的税率提高一倍之前，外国人购买新加坡豪华公寓数量升至近十年来的最高水平。
根据橙易产业（OrangeTee & Tie Pte）的一份报告，外国人第一季度在新加坡的核心中央区（CCR）购买159套非有地豪华物业。远高于一年前的71套。
