The Board of Directors (“Board”) of EG Industries Berhad (“EGIB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 16 May 2025 entered into a Master Purchase Agreement with a new customer based in the United States of America (“Customer G”) for the direct supply of consumable network and AI-related products to the global market.
