I believe she would want to vest back control of Supermax Berhad. but with her 17.1% of shares, she would need to form alliance and also pump up her holding using the cash distribution from SHSB which easily hold around rm250-300 million cash.

(吉隆坡23日讯)速柏玛(SUPERMX,7106,主板医疗
保健组)创办人拿督斯里郑金昇与拿督威拉陈美玉夫
妇婚姻纠纷案有最新裁决，郑金昇获上诉庭撤销藐视
法庭罪，而针对陈美玉的禁令亦被解除，但每月赡养
费申请遭驳回。
根据《The Edge》报道，上诉庭周二针对郑金昇与
陈美玉的婚姻纠纷做出3项一致裁决。
此前郑金昇升被指未披露资产而判处的藐视法庭罪名
及6万令吉罚款，而陈美玉的禁令是阻止她对速柏玛
控股私人有限公司提出清盘呈请，并限制她动用自己
的资产。
陈美玉则是由于不再速柏玛担任的职位，导致每月
130万令吉薪水在2024年8月起停发，因此申请要求
每月获得300万令吉的赡养费。不过这项要求在周二
的上诉庭被驳回。
