This could be among the first companies whereby the SCR can be voted on via online means. Correct me if I am wrong. I wonder how most people will vote since the offer is less than half of the NTA and Mercury has said it is UNFAIR but REASONABLE.

The privatisation offer is at 1.65 but the share is trading at 1.30.
