There’s some positive momentum building up in Penang’s property market. SkyWorld had acquired a 25.9-acre land parcel in Batu Kawan, part of a larger 161.5-acre area in Bandar Cassia / Seberang Perai Selatan. They’re planning to develop affordable housing under the Rumah Bakat Baru Madani (RBB) scheme. Overall, the prospects here look quite promising
