Looks terrible man… Datasonic used to be quietly made lot profit from government project, reward shareholders with dividend. Now NEXG stop pay dividend, going to do placement, bought innovatif, invested in MMAG, getting itself into that “circle”. I think it is reasonably doubt on its unnecessary restructuring.
