Just bought a Carlo Rino bag for my mum in this CNY 2022 at Lalaport KL. When CNY pass it to my mum, found that my mum have another one exactly same with the one I bought. Is the present from my sister. So, I bring it back to exchange other design. The sale aunty said cannot change. I really not happy with this kind of services. I wrote here, hope that Carlo Rino executive level note this. Hope that this kinds of service can be end here. If not who will invest in your share. Bad service ???
You can always use that bag or give it away as a present to someone else.... That's why retail shop never entertain any request for exchange unless it's defective.
