（吉隆坡10日讯）分析员表示，由于担心在人工智能竞赛中落后，超大规模数据中心营运商在大马进行的第二阶段部署可能更为积极，我国可能迎来更大的第二波数据中心浪潮，因此对建筑与建材领域维持“增持”评级。

根据银河证券研究报告，在与数据中心价值链的承包商、顾问和分包商在2026年1月和2月进行会面后，注意到一个共同点，那就是超大规模数据中心营运商由于担心在人工智能竞赛中落后，正在大马进行第二阶段的部署。
