这一点钱买同样大小的工业地，也许要去更加远和小的地方才可以买到。以这价钱买这么大的土地，且己经批准的住宅地，即便计划旡法成功，只可以继续做住宅地，守它五年，土地价值必定翻倍。到时赚来的卖土地的溢价，比工厂的生意还好还多。这算盘打的精。如果没有这层计算，真的不夠地方生産，租一块工厂耒扩充，容易过借火。
